Michael Rosenberg, the owner of the Central Cafe and Bakery, originally from Bad Godesberg, Germany, completed his high school education in Mainz and pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Wiesbaden. The Rosenberg family acquired the Central Motel when Michael's father, who initially invested with four others in 1984, became the sole owner. Michael's lifelong dream was to run a small restaurant to cater to motel guests, driven by his desire to bring happiness to travelers.
